Ingredients:
Aromatic components: Aromatic preparations, Flavoring substances, Natural flavoring substances.
Other ingredients: Salt, dextrose, spices.
Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide (E551)
Antioxidants: Sodium ascorbate (E301)

Directions for use:
Net weight 2000 g per 50 kg of meat mixture. Indicative recommended quantity 40 g/kg of mixture (dosage must be verified for each specific technological process).
Disperse the blend evenly during mixing.
